Partage, the French word for “sharing,” is an elegant restaurant with an ever-changing menu that is always a surprise. Diners have the choice between a 5, 7, or 9-course meal. The menu of authentic French cuisine is designed to be paired with French wines and specialty cocktails, which change every month.
When dining here, there’s no way of knowing what dishes will be served until they arrive at the table. The chefs use seasonal ingredients when creating these menus. The three French chefs, two executive chefs, and one pastry chef have worked in Michelin-star restaurants in Paris before coming to Las Vegas to open their own restaurant.
Guests can choose from these different course options:
5 courses for $95 consist of 2 appetizers, a fish course, a meat course, and dessert.
7 courses for $115 includes 3 appetizers, a fish course, a meat course, a cheese course, and dessert.
The Signature or 9-course meal for $145 comes with 3 appetizers, 1 foie gras signature, a fish course, 1/2 oxtail croque monsieur, a meat course, a cheese, and dessert.
For additional cost wine pairing with each course is available:
A 5 glass wine pairing is $55
7 glass wine pairing is $77
9 glass wine pairing is $99
